HOWTO – Bootstrap Argo CD on On-Prem RKE2¶
Bootstraps Argo CD on an existing on-prem RKE2 cluster and wires a root hyops-workloads-root Application tracking the clusters/onprem path in hybridops-workloads. Kubeconfig is sourced from platform/onprem/rke2-cluster state by default, with an override path for local files. Covers repo access mode selection (public vs SSH key), root Application sync strategy with prune and self-heal, post-bootstrap validation, and blueprint integration with onprem/rke2-workloads@v1.
