HOWTO: Provision the Control Node

The control node is the platform host from which all HyOps module runs, Ansible playbooks, and Nornir jobs are executed. This HOWTO covers provisioning it through the platform/onprem/control-node module — installing the HyOps CLI, Ansible, Nornir, and Jenkins controller, wiring secrets from the secrets manager, and confirming the node is ready to run the full HybridOps automation stack. This is typically day-0 work before any other module can run.
